"Customer reports f722 error code on ge range. Saw the code still on our board when arrived. Per tech manual for troubleshooting service code - unplugged range, waited a few minutes and replugged it. If code repopulates replace control. Tested all controls on the UI and everything works. Code related to a stuck control."

Complaint of ice maker in freezer falling down. Found ice maker pieces apart. It appears that the pieces can just be put back together. Also noted water under crisper drawers. Needs new evaporator cover since there is no drain tube blockage it simply appears to be dripping down back of evaporator cover. ; used 1 DA82-01415A (WATER LEAKAGE KIT) from stock

"Customer reports fridge leaking in fresh food section. Checked the drain tube, noticed it was clogged. Also noted that buildup of water overflowing and freezing in bottom of freezer.Defrosted the ice in freezer, cleaned drain tube. Ensured the drain tube was free of obstructions."
