Customer reports washer wont spin. Ran isolated test on spin cycle and completed test accurately reaching the specific rpms on both settings. Ramping up from 140 to 450. Only error codes is out of balance ended final spin. There is a ui timeout that occurred about 2+ months ago. Ran a drain and spin cycle, on ramp up to 450 rpms washer stopped and spin light started blinking, indicating out of balance load ( nothing in washer). Dampers do not seem to be bad as drum does not bounce. Checked drive belt and saw normal wear and tear on it. It is a little stretched, not maintaining tension during spin cycle. Failing drive belt. Replaced drive belt. Ensured proper operation. ; used 1 WH01X27538 ( BELT) from stock"

Installed new shifter. Ensured proper spin / operation after installation.

Right oven pilot light not staying on. Diagnosed failed thermocouple. Spare thermocouple was installed last repair, so simply connected new thermocouple without having to extensively disassemble oven.

Installed new lid lock. With lid finally locking, can test agitate and spin. Water agitates but no spin. There is no j5 connector too board to test if faulty mcu. Shifter ohms out correctly 2.5 kOhms. Tested it shifter has 120v, it does. Checked if dc voltage on connector j2 would vary from spin and agitate. Confirmed 5 vdc when spin and 0vdc when agitate. Connections j2-2 / j2-3 missing 12vdc. Failed shifter. ; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Shifter)

Customer reports no ice and no water at door. Found water filter not seated properly. Reseated the water filter, flushed water lines at door. Force harvested ice maker, ensured proper harvest and fill. Water is now being dispensed at door.Ice should start producing in 3-4 hours after confirming proper operation.
