Customer reports washer not running. Nothing happening at all upon arrival. Voltage of 120 VAC available at timer and power cord. Washer does nothing except spin / drain. Water is not running in any cycle. Diagnosed failed water valves.

Customer states washer wont run. All functions work in diagnostic mode. Error codes ub( unbalanced) , dc and dc1 (door lock codes - door lock works adequately and tests within spec of tech sheet. Tech sheet also states if door lock is testing fine, pcb is the issue. Tested door lock at control board, same test at direct connection.Failed pcb.

Still leaking from ice door flapper after ice room/ ice maker repair. Ice is melting and fan has stopped working. 40 C error. Ice room sensor 3.05 v dc at 24 degrees which is normal.Compressor draws up to 3 amps in test mode. No obvious causes found. ;

Leaking from ice maker after repair. Found fan error from a couple of days ago. Ice appears to be melting in ice bin. Defrosted ice maker. Sealed back of ice room. Confirmed proper operation.
