Not heating. Wires pulled off of bake element through side hole. Found that units bake element is difficult to access above bottom drawer. Connectors had rusted off of old bake element. Replaced bake element with customer supplied part. Put multiple screws back in that customer had removed attempting to access bake element. Couldnt find one screw for hinge on left side. Confirmed proper operation in bake mode. ; pckd up 1 WP9755770 (ELEMENT, BAKE(Customer supplied))

Customer reports fridge stopped cooling. Compressor making buzzing noise. Failed compressor. Armis opted to replace unit.

Installed a John guest at the water line. Ensured proper operation of water dispenser. Also told customer ice maker is fine. It is making ice from previous visit. ; used 1 TJ80-55 ( JOHN GUEST 5/16 (SPFU516)) from stock

Customer reports dispenser not working and ice maker. Found ice maker does harvest and fills. No issues found with it, needs a soft reset. Found broken dispenser water line at back of fridge, need to grab part to finish repair.

Customer reports ice maker only making few cubes. Noticed water pressure at door was quite low. Checked ice maker line going to fridge. Good pressure there. Could hear the valves activating. Can hear sputtering from the filter area. Recommended a filter replacement, customer said he just replaced filter. Valves were testing fine, but could be starting to clog letting less water through affecting pressure.
