Found that pressure sensor is sending correct information to control board. Control is intermittently failing. Control board is no longer made as its discontinued. Recommend replacement of unit.

Customer reported freezer not cooling as well. Also that temperature is rising in the fridge section. Upon arrival found evaporator completely frozen over. Ohmed out heating element tested at 128 ohms, tested thermistor, thermistor tested within range. Found thermal fuse, blown in wire. Ordering new heating assembly and scheduled to follow up.; ordrd 1 W11650660 (DEFROST HEATER AND LIMIT (CALROD))

Customer reports dishwasher not responding. Found 120 vac to unit. Tested if ui is getting correct inputs. It is getting 12vdc. Diagnosed failed user interface board.

This was my first experience working with Dependable Appliance and I have to say I am truly impressed with the service provided. Greg was professional but very personable. He explained in layman's terms what was going on with my washer.
