Installed new drain pump. Ensured proper operation.

Customer reports washer not cycling. Upon arrival tried to run a normal cycle and drain pump will just keep humming. No drain error code, only unbalanced load. Drain pump does ohm out fine, and has 120 vac, likely a broken rudder in drain pump. Does not continue cycles as is not able to drain. Failed drain pump. ; ordrng 1 DC97-19289F (PUMP, DRAIN ASSM)

08/21: Not making ice and leaking in freezer. Found plugged defrost drain and water turned off. Ice maker appears to be working appropriately. Filled and harvested when turned on. Complaint was that it wasnt making enough ice. Water flow is good and ice maker filled all the way. Filter hasnt been changed in some time.
