Customer reports that unit is leaking into refrigerator. Found frozen defrost drain. Steamed ice out of freezer, cleared drain, and added drain clip to prevent reoccurence. Noted defrost thermostat is starting to separate. Replaced defrost thermostat to prevent future defrost problems. Noted dirty condenser coil. Cleaned off dust and lint, then steam cleaned coil. ; used 1 DA61-14306A (DRAIN TUBE CLIP), and 1 5303918214 (THERMOSTAT,DEFROST) from stock

Dryer runs whenever door is closed and doesn't heat. Found child lock on so unit not turning heater on even when cycle is selected. Turned child lock off and was able to start cycle with door closed. Unit is heating now. Diagnosed failed control board. Control board is showing discontinued or 2 months delay from all suppliers.

Davon was quick to diagnose the problem with my Whirlpool Oven, he ordered the replacement part from the manufacturer which arrived the next day which was a Sunday. The installation was done by Greg the following day and everything is operating smoothly. Cost was reasonable as well as predictable. Highly recommend the service for appliance repairs.
