Confirmed 12 psig on the low side with no change in pressure while the compressor was running. Installed the latest firmware update and replaced the compressor. Brazed the joints and pressure tested the system for leaks. Pulled a vacuum for 30 minutes and charged the system with 56 grams of R600A refrigerant. Tested the unit and confirmed proper compressor operation, with the freezer temperature dropping 3 degrees within 5 minutes.

Customer reports fridge not cooling. Upon arrival tapped system and checked pressure. Static pressure of 12.8 psi. Running pressure of 12.7 psi. No change in pressure. Failed compressor. Customer contacting LG warranty for coverage of compressor.

Unit not working. Confirmed that all igniter electrodes are working. There is no gas going to the unit. Front two burner valves are sticking, but appear to work. The valves are no longer available. If the valves being difficult to turn are an issue, the unit would need to be replaced.
