Cooling intermittently. Found compressor cycling on and off. Overload for compressor tripping. With one start device it did run but drew high current of 2.3 amps. It was very hot to touch as well. With other start device and original it would not run. It has been running intermittently as freezer was 17F when I got here. Compressor is failing.
