Customer reports frost and ice buildup in freezer. Refrigerator temp is 44F and freezer 14F. Noted small ball of ice on evaporator cover on right side. Bottom of evaporator has no frost on it while compressor is running. No ice in ice bucket and ice maker temp is 32F. Diagnosed sealed system failure.

Not cooling in refrigerator or freezer. Customer took back cover off and found that fan blade had fallen off of condenser fan motor. Compressor is not running. Confirmed that inverter board was receiving 120 volts AC as well as a data signal of approximately 5 volts. Diagnosed failed inverter board. ; ordrng 1 241577505 (INVERTER ASSM)
