Checked vent for dryer. 9 mph air flow measured. It should be 20 mph since vent is short. Found semi rigid in crawlspace. Flex behind dryer. Vent flap outside not closing correctly and doesnt allow good air flow. Recommend replacing flex behind dryer and vent hood or replacing entire vent with rigid venting material.

Not cooling well. C21 and C1 error for Freezer fan and Freezer sensor. When taking freezer fan assembly out, plug fell out for fan and sensor. After plugging it back in temperature corrected from -22F for freezer and fan started running. No error codes present. Apparently the only problem was that the plug was loose.

Customer reports screeching during agitate. Unable to put in diagnostic mode. Ran a normal quick wash. Tried to recreate the sound the customer reported. Unable to, all functions seem to be working. Actuator/shifter seems to be having hard time locking basket. Suspect failing clutch assembly with the difficulty of finding the position for agitate and spin. Need to come back as I do not have the tool to get locking nut on bottom of transmission off.
