Dryer doesn't run. Found open thermal fuse. Replaced with truck stock and confirmed proper operation. Adjusted front left corner to stop rattle.; used 1 DC47-00016A (THERMOSTAT) from stock

Dryer doesn't run. Found open thermal fuse. Replaced with truck stock and confirmed proper operation. Adjusted front left corner to stop rattle.; used 1 DC47-00016A (THERMOSTAT) from stock

Items on top shelf were thawing. Now they started freezing again. Temp of 1f on arrival. Customer reports that freezer was running even when items on top shelf were warm. Found ice in bottom of freezer blocking air vent. Drain hose in back was unplugged causing warm outside air to condensate in drain and freeze. Defrosted freezer and reconnected drain line.
