Customer reports unit wont power on, and randomly does sporadic functions like lid locking when it shouldnt/starting randomly. Unit does power on. Ran automatic diagnostic cycle, functions as should. F1E1 error code. Main control fault. Fills, agitates, spins, as should in diagnostic cycle. Tried to stress test washer to replicate issue, unable to do so. Seems to be intermittent issue with communication to control. Washer unable to start load after stress testing unless in diagnostic mode. Ui panel does function appropriately. Failed control board. Recommend replacing.

Customer reports leaking. F8E4 - float switch / overfill. FAE2 - vent wax motor electrical problem. F8E2 - water inlet valve electrical problem. All wiring seems perfectly fine. Checked windings on motor and vent wax. Suspect failing water inlet valve as the overfill code tripped and float switch sensor tripped. Float switch found to be functioning correctly, water inlet seems to also be working, no cracking on manifold. Vent wax motor is also working appropriately/ohms out as it should. With all the errors and each component functioning as it should, recommend replacing control. Recommended to try running a cycle, and seing if successful run on cycle would clear codes.

Customer reports that first ice maker in ceiling quit. Now ice maker in freezer is making ice slowly as well. Found ice ball on corner of evaporator in freezer. Diagnosed ealed system failure. Likely refrigerant leak. Recommend replacing unit as it is 9 years old per serial number.

Not heating. Found one leg of 120 missing at wall. This is allowing motor to run, but heating element has no power from wall. Customer to fix wiring.

Lid is broken near hinges. New lid needed. No significant errors present.
