Installed new control board. Keypad remained unresponsive after installation. Further diagnosis confirmed the keypad has failed. Keypad is no longer available for replacement.

Not responding to key presses. Display is lit up and flashing. Sending board to be refurbished. ; ordrng 1 WB27T10411 (Oven control(Refurbish))

Customer reports washer turning on sporadically and not continuing through cycle. Error codes f3e3, f7e4, f9e1, f6e3, f0e5. In diagnostic mode washer does not do anything, no fill, no drain, no agitate. Lid is stuck in the lock position. Checked slider to ensure it was fine. Control isnt sending correct signals to unit. Wont fill/drain/agitate/spin. Had to force door lock open to get lid unlocked. Failed control.
