During step 6/7/8 in diagnostic cycle no heating found. Ohmed out heater element. Getting 11 ohms but not heating. Failed heating. Recommend replacing heater.

Customer reports oven not baking as it should and taking hours to heat up. Found 240 VAC on back, and 120 VAC to bake element. Missing line voltage to one side during bake. Broil element works fine. Found that control board sends 240 sometimes then clicks back to 120VAC. Diagnosed failed control board.
