We have an older Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator with a manufactured date of 2009. It stopped cooling on Saturday with no warning. I Googled “Appliance Repair in Greenville NC” and Dependable Appliance Repair came up. Reviews looked good so I filled out the simple online request form that Sunday, asking for a Monday appointment if possible, not expecting to hear from them until Monday. Not only did Davon text me on Sunday, but a repair appointment for Monday afternoon was confirmed on Sunday with a fixed service call/diagnostic fee provided in advance. He came Monday afternoon right on schedule and had the temperature problem diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes with a temporary part he had with him. He also diagnosed the broken ice maker that had not worked in months. He provided a quote for full repairs with Whirlpool OEM parts on the spot, and he offered to be back today, Tuesday, to fix it all. He was there just as promised today, and the fridge is back to 100% for about 1/3 the cost of new. I might could have messed around and found some cheaper generic parts online, but it’s hard to be without a fridge for long, and all their labor and parts are guaranteed for one year. And I did not have to figure it out myself! Hard to beat that deal overall. I got enough on my plate already. I would definitely call Dependable Appliance Repair again. Davon was quick, super sharp, and professional. He could probably fix computers as easily as he fixed our fridge. Thanks, Dependable Appliance Repair!

Devon was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about my washer. I washed 2 loads of clothes after the repair and both loads were able to spin correctly. Even the load with the heavy blanket! Thanks so much Devon! The washer is like brand new all over again!
