Installed new dryer vent in crawlspace. Drilled hole through brick. 20.6 mph air flow after completion. Lifetime warranty on vent with cleanings.

Unit is freezing food in the refrigerator section. Found broken damper not able to close. Failed damper. ; ordrng 1 DA31-00043E (Damper assembly)

Drain pump running continuously. Control does not respond. Machine does not fall in the serial number for the recall. After holding START for 10 seconds drain pump quit running. Error codes F2E1 for stuck key. Unit went through diagnostics normally. Started quick wash to confirm that washer fills and starts wash cycle. Ran calibration cycle since washer filled 1/2 way up with water on quick wash and auto sensing.

Washer is not starting a cycle. Error code F5E3 for lid not locking. In test mode it senses lid closing and clicks while trying to lock but does not lock. Diagnosed failed lid lock. ; ordrng 1 W11670519 (Lid lock)

Dryer doesnt start. It is a used dryer but was working at the old place. They replaced it because their other dryer would heat intermittently. Plugged dryer in and had all correct voltages at the back of the dryer. Dryer ran until I touched plug on the wall. Found arcing on prong. Wall outlet has failed and is not making good contact.
