Only error codes is out of balance ended final spin. There is a ui timeout that occurred about 2+ months ago. Ran a drain and spin cycle, on ramp up to 450 rpms washer stopped and spin light started blinking, indicating out of balance load ( nothing in washer). Dampers do not seem to be bad as drum does not bounce. Checked drive belt and saw normal wear and tear on it. It is a little stretched, not maintaining tension during spin cycle. Failing drive belt. Customer reports washer clothes are still wet after cycle. Error code f8e1 - no fill / long fill.Ran manual test mode on washer. Only one side of the water valves works. Everything else tested fine. Also ran automatic test mode. Recommend replacing valves. Spin and agitate cycles work well. Not sure why the clothes would be more wet. Rinse / spin doesnt work as it uses cold water valve side. Only thing noticed is a failed water valve on one side. Dampers also look to be failing as the tub bounces around. Customer reports oven not reaching correct temp. Ran an auto test. Error codes F1E1 (which isn't in tech sheet) internal failure and 0 failures found in auto test mode. No faults displayed when checking manually. Checked multiple functions on oven, bake, broil, connect bake/broil/roast. Nothing out of spec. Checked resistance of temperature sensor, fell within range +\- 5%. Reset control just to be thorough. With error code and description of issue (despite not being able to replicate) suspect failed control. Recommend replacing control board.

Recently replaced sensor for F3 and F1 errors. Now with F1 error intermittently after about 30 minutes of baking. It does happen sooner if door is left shut after baking. No errors stored. Checked oven sensor connections. Noticed that door is bent out slightly and area by control is very hot. Bent door slightly using towel. Customer will notify us if error reoccurs.
