Customer reports dishwasher not filling with water. Checked error codes on smart hq. No error codes present. Dishwasher drained, and refilled 3x during a normal cycle.All circulation and heating components work. Found that after 10 minutes after running, motor stopped. Can hear motor humming. Motor did start back up after about 2-3 minutes of off and on humming. With all components working as of the moment, and unable to stress till failure, wouldnt recommend replacing any parts regarding initial complaint. Would however replace the motor if issue persists. Suspect that a clogged drain caused issue with water not entering system. Dish washer is functioning as it should. Unit is about 3 years old.

Customer reports washer not drying clothes all the way. Ran diagnostic cycle and everything cleared. Also checked spin, does spin and agitate. Ran drain and spin cycle, starts and spins accordingly. Checked for bad dampers, dampers are good. Issue is system not getting enough water and not completing a cycle. Only error code is an f8e1 error, long fill error code, both sides of water valves struggle to stay open. Failed water valves.

Customer reports washer will not do anything. Found f9e1 error. Long drain. Looked at connection of drain pump and noticed that when moved to a specific spot it would drain. Tried to cut and respade connection to see if that would temporarily fix issue. It does not. Noticed that no voltage is being sent to drain pump but drain pump ohms out perfectly fine at 19.5 ohms. Failed lower harness.

Ran diagnostic cycle to ensure that heating element is fine and to clear control of error code. Heater still didnt turn on. High limit isnt open, its closed. Following steps in tech manual, control board will need to be replaced to fix heater circuit. Failed control.

Customer reports nothing showing on panel, upon arrival panel did work for a short while but the outside panel wasnt working. All panels stopped working after power cycling. Checked interlock switches and variable resistance on multiple interlocks ranging from 126 kOhms to 14.5kohms but all close / open as they should ice activated. Customer reports dryer not working. Upon arrival nothing happening when hitting start button. No voltage to unit. Checked belt, perfectly fine. Also checked all thermostats, heating element, and thermal fuse. All found within specifications. Noticed burnt outlet and charring around dryer plug. After unplugging and replugging unit, it does have voltage. Runs fine and heats. Would recommend customer call electrician to fix outlet as it may be a connection in outlet not getting full contact all the time.

Customer reports unit not cooling. Freezer is about 16 degrees and fridge at 46. Damper is good and adequate airflow, evaporator fan motor running, test mode says both thermistors check good.
