Customer reports washer wont progress. Upon arrival dc1 error code apparent. Tried running an automatic test - 3c2 error code. Washer main motor fault or PCB. All functions of washer work except spin / agitate. Checked windings at stator, wasnt getting 6 ohms, but it was sporadically jumping all over between 9-15ohms on different windings. Replaced defrost sensor after removing foam. Sealed cracks in back wall with silicone. Dried condensation and reinstalled evaporator cover. Door handle for deli drawer has fallen off. Customer reports that refrigerator is tripping AFCI/GFCI breaker immediately when plugged in. Initially the problem would happen intermittently. Now when starting refrigerator it runs normally. Whirlpool doesn't recommend refrigerators be on GFCI circuit due to nuisance trips. AFCI can also cause nuisance trips. I recommend getting an electrician to install a non GFCI outlet to prevent nuisance trips.

Customer reports refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival compressor not running.Just clicking coming from compressor trying to run. Unable to jump start device. 3 wire start device with capacitor on a separate prong. Unable to use start device I have to jump it. With compressor clicking leads me to a failed valve in the compressor. Potential failed start device cannot rule start device out due to not being able to jump.
