Suggest replacing washer since I am not sure how soon I will be able to get rods if I order them.

Leaking again after recent repair. Found water line routed under rear cover and 5/16 john guest a couple of feet above it off of water line. Water line broke inside of john guest. Apparently there was strain on the water line which broke off the line inside the fitting. Replaced john guest fitting and routed line correctly.

Not cooling. Found 72 degrees in refrigerator and 56 in freezer. Compressor running and cool to touch. First part of liquid line is hot. 17 inHg on low side. Suspect high side leak in case.

Customer reports after electrical storm breaker went off with fridge and then it wouldn't dispenser ice / water and making a loud noise. Upon inspection noticed water was off, ensured water from wall was still good. Cycle ice maker to see if water fill was good. Noticed water filter needs to be changed as well. The noise is coming from the side motor coming on sporadically, Failed auger motorTested solenoid that controls water/ ice from dispenser and not unusually high readings. Failed solenoid. can't rule out the water inlet valve considering I cannot test the water at the door yet.

"Customer reports no ice coming from ice maker.Couldn't get ice maker to harvest, Customer also said no ice for about 4-5 months. Took ice maker apart and tried to see if gears turned when force harvesting and they didn't turn. Failed ice maker."

Customer efforts no cooling in fridge or freezerafter power outage. Temperature for both was 83 degrees. Checked compressor in backof appliance, noticed it running. Checked amps, which was 0.55 No cooling, or ice on evaporator. Refrigerant lines also not cool or hot. Failed compressor

Loud in spin. Not completing drain cycle. Found spin basket is loose in outer tub. Failed spin basket/spider arm. Not economical to repair.

Not advancing through cycles correctly. Noted that spin setting changes and machine beeps intermittently. Failed membrane switches. Error codes 22, 15, 10, 15. Also noted that unit is not draining.

Not making ice. No ice maker error codes. IM harvest test works correctly and IM fills with water. IM thermistor shows warmer than harvest temp and measures 5975 kohms from control board after filling with water. Test 15 shows 02 for empty ice bin. Unplugged to reset refrigerator. Let us know if it doesnt make ice by tomorrow morning.

07/21: Customer reported dryer over overheating. Cannot recreate issues.Tested high limit, inlet and safety thermostats all within specifications. Dryer got up to 164 degrees F on a test. Heating element not grounded.Vents clear and good airflow. Told customer to let us know if the problem persists, as I cannot recreate issue. 07/23: Customer noticed timer not going down.Had customer run dryer about 45 minutes prior to my arrival. Timer has not moved, keeps sending voltage to heating element. Temperature was 171 F upon arrival. Failed timer. 07/25: Replaced dryer timer, ensured timer was functioning after installation. 07/28: Replacing both inlet and cycling sensors, as only able to replace the inlet today, the cycling will be delivered soon. Ensured dryer functions after installing new sensor and ohms are to spec.07/30: Replaced the last sensor, ensured dryer running after installation, waited for normal cycle to run down a little, to ensure proper function of timer.

Not cooling well. Recharged and added dye march of last year. I did find a restriction at that time in addition to being low on refrigerant. Recommended replacement but customer wanted another refrigerant charge. Low side pressure 12inHg. High side 104 psig. Pulled vacuum for 20 minutes and recharged with 7.6 oz of R134A.

Customer reports washer not spinning. Checked to see if spider arms are bad. Checked drain pump / hose, both in order. Tried running spin cycle only, only humming and door unlocking and locking. Tested motor and ran lower ohms than specified (2.36 vs 6-9)Also checked water inlet valve, those are good. Failed motor. Recommend replacing washer as part cannot be ordered/ discontinued. (Washer about 15 years old)

Customer reports cooktop not working but fan working. Checked to see if there was any voltage to lines when stove top was on, there was none. Checked the power source and found charred wires and a cut power line going to stove top. Double checked that fan would still work with power severed, so power line has nothing to do with cooktop. Recommend fixing power line first and calm back if problem persists.

Applied silicone grease to left lower part of door. Unable to adjust hinge.Water not dispensing. Found frozen water line. Defrosted and confirmed proper operation. Recommend replacing light bulb and leaving it on to keep door temp warmer. Also set freezer temp warmer.

Complaint of not heating. Found unit not heating in energy saver mode. When it is turned off it heats. I did find that dryer vent flaps were installed incorrectly so they didnt open. Some air flow when this was corrected but dryer vent does need to be cleaned.

2E error. Recently replaced defrost thermistor and drain kit. Found open refrigerator sensor circuit. Removed evaporator cover and found refrigerator sensor unplugged. Plugged it back in and confirmed proper operation.

Replaced heating element and switch. Ensured proper function after installing new parts. ; used 1 WP3149400 (Switch) from stock

Freezer has excess frost in it. Found bent hinge and case on lower part of freezer door. Was able to bend it back using a hammer. Also noted fan noise. Defrosted freezer and ensured fan was clear.
