Customer reports that flex drawer is freezing items no matter what it is set on. 2.89 vdc from pin 1-9 on Cn30. On damper heater wires, pins 1-2 on CN77 I have very high resistance, 673 ohms, should be 135 ohms according to training manual. Customer reports that it is not cooling well in refrigerator section. 54F in refrigerator. 15F near top of freezer section. Found freezer fan not running in test mode 3 even though 2 is displayed. On pin P14 I have 14 volts between pins 1 and 2. 0 volts between 3 and 4. 14 volts 2-7 and 4-7. Diagnosed failed freezer fan. On this unit this causes no ice and a slightly warm freezer. This does not explain the warm refrigerator section. When 04 is displayed refrigerator fan runs. Did notice pantry wire out of track. Put it back in behind plastic cover on rail. It was holding pantry drawer open slightly. After taking refrigerator out of test mode air is 40F coming out of refrigerator vents. Noticed refrigerator temperature is set on 45F. Not cooling well since sealed system repair. Refrigerator temp 60F. Found low side pressure 28 inHg. High side pressure 40 psig. When unplugging refrigerator pressure was slow to equalize. Flow seemed sluggish through cap tube right after filter dryer when it was cut there. Ran cleaner through cap tube. Installed new filter dryer. Tested for leaks and vacuum pulled for 30 minutes. Charged with 46 grams r600a. Low side pressure 8inHg when running. Condenser coil hot and refrigerator temperature cooled to 50F from 60F in about 20 minutes.

Customer reports 5D error and washer would not drain. Then lock symbol starte flashing after leaning against washer to remove drain hose. Unlocked controls and showed customer how to do this.
