Filter dryer does not appear to have been replaced. Unable to find 5 blink code on tech sheet. Equalized pressure 25 psig. Likely high side restriction. 3/28/25: Flushed lines with qwikflush. Installed new compressor and filter dryer. Charged with 4.8 oz of r134a after pulling vacuum. Updated software. 03/19: Complaint of not heating. Found unit drawing 7 amps when turning heater on with test. Thermistor showing 70 degrees. It went up to 75 with heating test. Installed firmware update that can help with steam cycle. Also leveled dishwasher. 03/26: Tenant reports that it still isnt heating. Confirmed that last wash temp was 145 F. Tenant can use temp boost and dry boost if desired for hotter wash temp or better drying.
