Customer reports that washer isnt putting enough water in. It is putting some water in and clothes are getting somewhat clean but she feels like it isnt enough. She can see almost no water in it in spite of selecting Heavy soil level and putting it on deep fill. Noted that washer is off level. Leveled washer and ran calibration cycle. It filled with about 4 inches of water when starting normal wash with no clothes in it.

Customer reports no cooling coming from fridge, freezer working perfectly fine. No ice buildup, evenly frosted. Checked thermistor, checked within range +\- 5% of 3. 6 k. Ohms (fridge was open for awhile before checking this sensor) ambient temp was around 50-53 degrees when checking this. Only things noticed was that both freezer and fridge were set to coldest setting,this would restrict airflow coming from freezer to fridge to cool unit. Recommend leaving settings at recommended setting and see what the outcome is before moving forward with any b parts replacement. Suspect a faulty temp control.

Refrigerator is in rv. Bad smell from refrigerator. Not cooling. Customer reported that two other appliances repairmen had worked on it and said it needed to be replaced. Manufacturer needs verification before they can replace it. Sealed system work has been done on the unit as it has access valves and a new filter dryer. Low side pressure is 22 in. Hg indicative of a high side leak assuming it was charged correctly. I recommend replacing the refrigerator.
