"Unable to open door. Found sticky substance under door on left side. Door is rubbing the bottom of the refrigerator due to hinges being bent down and case being twisted. Used leveling legs in front to help twist frame back. It is still rubbing in front. Switching door orientation would fix this. Also, the refrigerator door gasket is loose in spots and the bottom of it is falling apart. Recommend replacing this as well.
