08/09: Not heating on both sides. Found failed thermocouple on both sides. Installed temporary thermocouple on right side. Ordering robertshaw thermocouples and will return next week to install both. 1.5 hrs labor. 08/21: Installed new thermocouple on left side and confirmed proper operation. Threaded backup thermocouple through wall as well so oven does not need to be disassembled if this thermocouple fails. Right side of oven in use. Can return to complete the same repair for right side later. 1.5 hrs labor. 12/12: Installed new 60 inch thermocouple on right side oven. Placed back up thermocouple in side as well so that next time the thermocouple can be fixed easier without having to remove panels. Confirmed proper operation of this oven. Customer reports that left side oven isnt getting hot enough to cook food unless it is set on 500. Set to 250 and watched temp rise to 300 on thermocouple sensor. Both door gaskets are not sealing well. Unit is not defrosting due to a failed defrost thermostat. Total repair for 2 gaskets and defrost thermostat would be $637.19. Recommend replacing the refrigerator due to condition and cost to repair.
