Upon arrival, noticed the washer would only make the grinding noise during the agitate cycle.I tried to take off pulsator cap to see if any debris was under the pulsator, pulsator was stuck on the tub could not remove. Found coins all over the tub and inside the cracks of the pulsator. Tried loosening and tightening the transmission bolts to see if it would change the noise it did not. I come to conclusion that since the grinding noise only happens during the agitate cycle and not the spin cycle that its a faulty transmission."

"Customer reported dryer/washer (single unit) stopped spinning mid cycle. Checked spider arms, leveling of machine and fault codes. Only fault codes were revolving around off balance loads, inverter board to blower fault and thermistor. Everything checked out accordingly, no apparent issues. Ran diagnostic cycle and individually turned on each component and each activated. Ran dryer cycle and heated accordingly, also ran spin test and got up to 900 rpms+No issues currently found, suspect inverter board failure at blower motor if problem persists. Mentioned to customer to use as intended as firmware needed to be updated and to get a surge protector for appliance as this model has multiple control boards that could fail if power surge was to happen."
