Customer reported not dispensing crushed ice. Found the ice bucket not locking in place. Dispensed fine with cubed but not crushed. Checked if solenoid was activating and if auger motor was stripped. Issue is the ice bucket not locking and when under pressure from crushed ice the bucket is pushed out. The clips that lock the ice bucket have broken off. Unable to repair.

Customer reports freezer not maintaining temperature. Temped it at 33 degrees. Fridge at 44. Noticed fan not running in freezer, it is being supplied the 12vdc. Though found no error codes and frost on evaporator only going to the first rung. Hit test button on main control and found fan does run. Amp draw on compressor is .4, dropped to .23 during the test cycle. Sealed system failure. Suspect failed compressor.

Customer reports washer not wringing out the clothes enough. Upon arrival f8e1 error code saved to board. Tested dampers and checks out fine, also tested washer under load with a few wet towels. Washer fills, drains, agitates and spins. There is a little deflection in the belt. Cleaned splutch and reinstalled belt. Recommended to customer to run a few loads and see if the clothes are still really wet.
