Found failed auger motor.Also noted clumped ice in ice box from ice melting. Unsure of the cause of this, but apparently ice maker isnt cooling ice maker room at times. Due to multiple issues, refunded customer for prior repair except diagnostic fee. $287.65. 116.36 of this was applied to washer diagnosis. $171.29 was refunded to customer by check."
