Replaced drain pump recently. Complaint of not draining again. OE error code on screen on arrival. Found some water in bottom of drum. Started spin cycle and water drained quickly. Started normal cycle. Filled tub half full of water and it drained quickly. May have been suds lock in pump from not using HE detergent. Make sure you are using HE detergent and let me know if problem persists.
