Customer reports that unit is making a knocking noise. It did not stope when removing either rack so she thinks it is from bottom spray arm hitting heating element. Noted that heating element is bent up slightly. Pushed it down in 3 places. Confirmed that knocking noise has stopped. Took bottom panel off to connect SmartHQ. No errors found. Noted after running wash motor that water had leaked under unit. Found drip from motor to sump seal. Applied gasket sealant and confirmed that leak had stopped.
