Error codes 3-2 6-6 5-11 6-4. Turned off as soon as it started letting water in in diagnostic mode. OWI thermistor measured 3 megaohms which is out of spec. Installed new OWI as this sensor is tested in that step. Problem persisted in diagnostic mode. Noted 120 vac line on sensor wires with tester. They should only have 5 volts dc. Determined control board is sending out 120 vac to several lines that it shouldnt be. Failed control. Unplugged control for safety. Removed new OWI.

Stopped heating again after replacing thermal fuse and improving vent. Suspect intermittently failing/grounding out heating element. It is close to frame at one spot and likely makes contact intermittently. Replaced heating element and thermal fuse. Confirmed proper operation.
