Installed new filter. Ran water through dispenser and it started leaking from ice maker. Ice maker valves are getting 78 volts when dispenser is activated. Only the refrigerator one is allowing water through. Board doesnt send voltage to refrigerator ice maker water valve in test mode. When jumping to put power from board to ice maker water dispenser dispenses also. Disconnected j3 plug at board and jumped from line to dispenser water valve. Unplugged drain and cleaned control housing. Ensured patency. Cleaned out bottom of refrigerator. Removed old door gasket and installed new one. Installed new door handle. One screw has not arrived to secure bottom of door handle to refrigerator door. This should arrive tomorrow. Installed with temporary screw. I will return next Friday to install that. A block and screw were included with the handle. Hence they were not needed so were removed from original quote.; schdld next appmnt for 4/21 FRI !

"Tenant reports that oven isnt working. Bake element comes on and draws 10.2 amps. This is correct. Oven sensor measured 1100 ohms at room temp. Control board not putting out voltage on broil. Tenant reports that she doesnt use broil. Part is no longer being made. I may be able to source one, and repair would be at least $378 + tax. Not making ice. Found water turned off. Water valve at wall is leaking when turned on. Noted that it is connected to hot water instead of cold. Water valve is chattering when water runs through it. There is slow flow after water filter. Will replace water filter and see if that resolves chatter. Ice maker not filling with water. Fills if connector for dispenser is connected to ice maker valve. Found board not sending voltage to ice maker water valve in test 55 for ice maker. Ice maker passes all other tests. Failed control board. Will replace water filter and air filter as well.
