Temperatures still inacurrate. Found out that oven had never worked properly. Compared temp sensor resistance and found that they were reversed from what is labeled on the control board. Upper sensor 1.63 kOhms. Actual temp about 500 degrees. Lower 1.995 kOhms. Swapped upper and lower plugs and confirmed proper operation. Reinstalled wall oven.

This is a nuisance trip. The outlet for washer should not be a GFCI protected outlet. I recommend replacing it with a standard outlet.

"Complaint of warm refrigerator. Found failed evaporator cover in refrigerator. Would also need new defrost sensor and excessive frost kit. Not making ice in ice room in FF compartment. Found ice maker room warm and ice maker cycling continuously. Freezer compartment has ice on the floor which indicates that defrost drain is plugged in the freezer. Display is not lighting up in all segments. A new display would fix this. Error codes are difficult to read but appear to be 40, 5, 22, and 25. To get refrigerator back in working order it would need a new ice maker, new display, defrost sensor, refrigerator evap cover. Cause of failures is normal wear and tear.I would also defrost the freezer and the refrigerator evaporators. Due to multiple issues it is possible that I would find additional problems when I completely disassemble refrigerator. Due to this and the multiple issues, I think it is most reasonable to replace it."

Tested old motor windings again after customer reported that it still wasnt spinning. Motor windings of old motor now test good which means leads must have been crossed when testing. Customer reported that it wasnt draining but put it in drain and it drained full bore of the hose quickly. Ran drain and spin with no clothes in it and it did reach high speed spin. Basket is centered in outer tub. My best assessment is that the new control board is defective.

"Not drying clothes. Customer reports that it isnt spinning clothes. Ran rinse/spin cycle. Unit didnt spin but was able to rotate in both directions. Drained all water. Attempted to reach technical support but was unable to. While I have limited technical documents, I believe it would have to be the control board or the motor driver board. The motor driver board doesnt really make sense to me since the motor can rotate the drum in both directions. This leaves a faulty control board as the cause, but this has already been replaced twice. I recommend replacing the unit."
