Customer reports that washer is giving an error and not progressing through the cycle. Error code F3E5, F0E5. Detergent tray was initially empty. Cleaned contact under dispenser and reading improved to 60 with water in it. It appears the error was caused by an empty tray and detergent on the contact under it. Customer also reports that unit does not appear to be agitating correctly at times. No error codes for this. Checked shifter and it appears in good condition. There is a small amount of oil leaking from the transmission but it does not appear to be enough to cause problems.

Dryer not heating. Found outlet is wired incorrectly and has a hot neutral. One of the legs that should be hot is neutral. Washer had no power. He replaced main control board and door would not lock. He replaced door lock and washer still did not work. Main control board and inverter fault present. Confirmed that main control board has 5 volts and 13 volts present to rule out grounded dc power supply. Diagnosed failed main control board. Installed new control board. Soon after plugging it in arcing occurred on main board. Found burnt triac. Ohmed it to drain pump. Found drain pump resistance is measuring 2.1 ohms from main board. Unplugged wires at drain pump and ohmed them again to ensure that problem was not with the wiring harness. Diagnosed failed drain pump. Will return with pump and main control board tomorrow. ; ordrng 1 WH11X39237 (DRAIN PUMP & FILTER), used 1 WH22X38697 (MAIN CONTROL BOARD) from stock"
