Customer reports nothing showing on panel, upon arrival panel did work for a short while but the outside panel wasnt working. All panels stopped working after power cycling. Checked interlock switches and variable resistance on multiple interlocks ranging from 126 kOhms to 14.5kohms but all close / open as they should ice activated. No voltage being sent to board for panel. Microwave does have 120 vac.

"Customer needs 2 new door racks for the door, and a new gasket. Door handle on fridge would also need to be placed as its also broken. Door seal does semi seal but not fully around the compartment. Model and serial number are not available as its scratched off the unit. Unit does cool and freeze as it should. Customer reports dryer not working. Upon arrival nothing happening when hitting start button. No voltage to unit. Checked belt, perfectly fine. Also checked all thermostats, heating element, and thermal fuse. All found within specifications. Noticed burnt outlet and charring around dryer plug. After unplugging and replugging unit, it does have voltage. Runs fine and heats. Would recommend customer call electrician to fix outlet as it may be a connection in outlet not getting full contact all the time.

Customer reports unit not cooling. Freezer is about 16 degrees and fridge at 46. Damper is good and adequate airflow, evaporator fan motor running, test mode says both thermistors check good. Good even frost pattern on evaporator. Noticed evaporator fan keeps turning itself off and on. Will run for about 30-60 seconds then turn off for 5 seconds then start back up. Thermistor measures 60 kohms at room temperature. Heater measures 11 ohms. Flow switch is closing when wash motor running, 0.3 ohms. High limit thermostat 0.3 ohms.
