Recently installed. Not heating. Unable to find air flow at outside vents when running. Vent is apparently blocked somewhere in the wall/structure. Replaced hi limit fuse but the vent will need to be repaired before it will work. If the vent screen on the soffit is for the dryer it is too fine and should be replaced with a flapper vent with no screen.; used 1 279816 (THERMAL CUT OFF HI) from stock

Error codes 3-2 6-6 5-11 6-4. Turned off as soon as it started letting water in in diagnostic mode. OWI thermistor measured 3 megaohms which is out of spec. Installed new OWI as this sensor is tested in that step. Problem persisted in diagnostic mode. Noted 120 vac line on sensor wires with tester. They should only have 5 volts dc. Determined control board is sending out 120 vac to several lines that it shouldnt be. Failed control. Unplugged control for safety. Removed new OWI.
