Ice maker is frozen and has a defrost error, 39. I recommend contacting Samsung for further diagnosis and repair. No evidence found of problems that could have been caused by moving refrigerator."

Not making ice. Found water turned off. Water valve at wall is leaking when turned on. Noted that it is connected to hot water instead of cold. Water valve is chattering when water runs through it. There is slow flow after water filter. Will replace water filter and see if that resolves chatter. Ice maker not filling with water. Fills if connector for dispenser is connected to ice maker valve. Found board not sending voltage to ice maker water valve in test 55 for ice maker. Ice maker passes all other tests. Failed control board. Will replace water filter and air filter as well.

03/29: Not drying clothes. Found restricted vent behind washer. Also noted that dryer is off level and missing feet. It is also missing electrical cover on back of washer which could shock someone if they reached their hand behind it. Temporarily covered this and ordering cover for it. I can also replace feet so I can level it and clips to hold front bottom panel in place.04/11: Replaced feet and leveled dryer. Replaced clips for lower front panel. Installed terminal cover over wire lugs in back of dryer.

Rust noted on back of refrigerator behind ice room. This is not repairable. Customer opted to defrost drain for now and monitor. 04/07: Customer reports that something is beeping intermittently and she thinks it is the refrigerator. I found ice room at 22 degrees on arrival and noted that ice maker was off in options. Turned ice maker back on. Temperature started dropping in ice room with running fan in ice room.

Overheating in upper oven per customer. Found temperatures acting erratically in both ovens. Removed wall oven with oven cart. Replaced control boards supplied by ZLINE. Temperatures still inacurrate. Found out that oven had never worked properly. Compared temp sensor resistance and found that they were reversed from what is labeled on the control board. Upper sensor 1.63 kOhms. Actual temp about 500 degrees. Lower 1.995 kOhms. Swapped upper and lower plugs and confirmed proper operation. Reinstalled wall oven.
