Customer reported wanting to proceed with repair that was previously quoted, due to time restrictions last visit, before anything I did more diagnosing before installing new part and tried to recreate issue. Ran dishwasher on auto wash and watched for about an hour and a half to see if any leaks even if the smallest ones would be visible at all. No leaks at all, also know that float switch is working. However I was able to recreate issue and did find that issue was not with the water valves but the main control not closing the water valves. Gave customer new quote and waiting on reply.

Customer reports issue with end of cycle. Found f3e1 error present also f6e3 error code (communication from Acu to ui). Continuity is through the wires to the pressure sensor. Tested to see if pressure sensor is getting 5vdc, it is. Ran drain and spin with hose off, and with hose on. Found that with the pressure hose plugged in, spin cycle stops at 10-11 minutes left in the cycle and keeps trying to restart. Also Found that during a normal cycle the water level does stop when it should. Washer functions normally as it should but is detecting water in the final spin when there is none. Diagnosed failed control board.

Customer reports dyer is not drying clothes. Takes several cycles. It is heating. Found 10 mph air flow at outside vent. It goes 8 feet up and 24 feet over. Exits back of house 10 ft off of the ground. Cleaned vertical portion from the inside. Moderate to large amount of lint removed. Installed semi-rigid vent behind dryer as well. Removed a large amount from horizontal section from outside as well. 16.1 mph air flow after cleaning. Vent flap does not allow good air flow measurement.

Customer reports ice is not being made very fast. Upon arrival put fridge in system diagnostic mode. No errors found. Temperature checked booth compartments. Freezer at 28-30. Fridge at 46-47. Freezer is packed very full of food. Evaporator fan is running. Good frost pattern on evaporator. Emptied freezer and temped it, waited about 15-20 minutes to see what temperature it got to. Went from 45 to 26 degrees. Freezer got down to 17 degrees after removing everything over the course of about 30-45 minutes. Told customer to try to not pack the freezer too much blocking vents.
