Unit does not start. Display powers on but when pushing start drum does not turn. Found open thermal fuse due to grounded heating element. Found heating element is also broken when taking it out. Replaced heating element and thermal fuse and confirmed proper operation. Straightened vent behind dryer and inspected dryer plug. Plug has signs of poor connection. I recommend replacing the wall plug to improve connection. Also noted that dryer vent flaps outside need to be replaced.Saw that washer inlet hoses are old and show signs of leaking. Did not replace splutch assembly, the squeaking noise or more than likely coming from transmission as the splotch assembly itself is not worn / hot after a spin cycle. Squeaking noise still not disappeared, but basket is finally ramping up to speed. The f0e9 error (out of balance) was probably due to over fill of clothes and belt issue. Washing machine is functioning as it should after installing belt. Installed new lights for oven, was able to do it from the front, instead of pulling it out.

Upon arrival saw freezer on, but dial on the lowest setting for fridge. Turned dial up to normal, and evaporator fan turned on. Checked airflow to fridge, good air flow. Temperatures are 16 degrees in freezer and 52 in fresh food. With evaporator fan motor turned off would explain why no cooling in fridge. Manually spinning defrost timer does work. No reason to suspect any parts failing as compressor is running, evaporator fan running, and frost pattern on evaporator is normal.

Customer reported no cooling in fridge or freezer. Upon arrival fridge was running and cooling. 27 degrees in freezer and 40 in fridge. Evaporator fan running, condenser fan running, compressor running. .78 amp draw from compressor. Damper is working appropriately. Frost pattern on evaporator coil is also sufficient, evenly frosted across coils. Condenser is full of lint. Compressor is also warm to the touch, a little more than it should be maybe. Compressor windings are 7.1, 4.2, and 10.3. Not out of range by much. Unplugged fridge to see if compressor would start back up again. It did not. Clicks every 2-3 minutes or so to try and run, then clicks back off. Put on a new start device, to see if overload click would stop. It did not. Waited 5-10 minutes to see if it would run. failed compressor. Customer opted to replace unit.

Washer does drain, and fill. Tested spin, and doesnt spin past 800 rpms. Hits two checkpoints of the 4. 4 checkpoints, 400, 800, 1100, 1300. Ran through automatic testing perfectly fine. Ntc error code 3. Service pointer for no heat. Checked test mode 18 for blower motor. Gets up to specified speeds of service pointer. Same with compressor. Customer reports that unit is not cooling well in refrigerator and freezer. 50F in refrigerator. 30F in freezer. Unit was unplugged on arrival. Plugged it back in and ran compressor in forced mode. No heat noted on discharge tube. Amp draw 0.4-0.5 amps when compressor is running. Likely sealed system failure due to failed compressor although it is difficult to tell with unit being unplugged when I arrived. No flashing lights on inverter section. Noted that after refrigerator exited forced mode refrigerator fan continued to run while compressor and condenser fan did not.

Unit does not start. Display does not power on. Found open high limit. Bypassed high limit and ran dryer for several minutes and found outlet thermistor temp of 120F steady. Concern for restricted vent. Redirected vent to improve air flow. Installed new high limit. While installing thermostat, found blue wire on left side of heating element spade damaged and fallen off of heater. Repaired spade and put it back. Cleaned out lint from dryer blower housing. Water is dripping from transmission case and mode shifter is wet. Apparently the transmission seal has failed and allowed water to leak onto mode shifter causing it to fail.
