Found error code for stuck rotor. In test mode unit starts to spin but then stops while still moving slowly. Noted control board needed firmware update. One of the issues fixed is an intermittent motor communication problem. Installed firmware update and confirmed unit spins correctly in test mode. Also started normal cycle with no difficulty several minutes in.

These problems appeared to start at the same time. 53F in middle of refrigerator. 5F in freezer. Found low rpms on refrigerator fan. Replaced fan with truck stock and confirmed proper operation. Defrosted deli fan. Defrosted fresh food evaporator drain as it was frozen over. Found water valve in left refrigerator door frozen. After steaming it, water flow was restored. This problem should not reoccur since fan is now circulating air correctly and lower part of refrigerator will not be at freezing temperatures. ; used 1 WR60X26866 (EVAP FAN MOTOR) from stock

Customer reports ice maker not working intermittently. Tested harvest, fill, ice bin sensor, ice maker fan and thermistor with tech sheet and manual activations. Tested thermistor at control. 5.5 kOhms. Referenced temperatures with readings from fridge and freezer thermistors, 4.4 and 7.3 kOhms since does not have thermistor reading chart. 7.3kohms at 17 degrees F, and 4.4 at 51.4 degrees F. 5.5 degrees would then be about 40-45 degrees, too warm to harvest. Temperature in ice box is about 32 degrees. Mechanically ice maker working perfectly fine, information bottle neck though. Ice maker and ui panel have been replaced before by other technicians. Failed control board.

In UI test sensing light flashes continuously, wash light flashes correctly when moving Wash Temp knob, Final Spin and Cycle Complete lights are on solid even when moving Rinse Option and Water Level knobs. If this causes issues with functionality we can replace control board again and switches if needed.
