Not cooling well. 50F in freezer. 53F in refrigerator. Compressor has been replaced and sw update sticker is on back of fridge. No date given but apparently it is more than 3 years ago. Low side pressure is 20 inHg. Equalized pressure 5-10 psig. This is indicative of a high side leak. No leaks found on all joints in compressor and condenser area using bubble test and UV light. (Unit has a UV filter dryer installed.) On this unit that is indicative of a Yoder loop leak which is buried in foam and is not repairable. Recommend replacing unit.

Customer reports washer not cycling found that f8e1 is saved in board. No fill/long fill. No other stored error codes. Checked water accessibility in manual test mode. Hot water side fine, cold has low flow. Noticed in normal cycle drum filling up to the brim. Control not sensing pressure. Pressure hose is clear. Diagnosed failed control board.

Customer reports washer not cycling through. Tried to force agitate and spin, only hums. F7e1 error code. F2e1 error code. Basket does spin no obstruction, same with motor. Belt is also fine. Found that capacitor rated for 45nf, is out of spec. Ohming out shows open. Failed capacitor. Installed new capacitor and ran calibration cycle. Also verified tachometer via test mode 9. Ran manual test for agitation and spin. Ran automatic test cycle. Washer successfully agitates and spins. Ran drain and spin cycle to ensure proper operation under load during a normal cycle. Thoroughly tested, and entered proper operation. Error codes are cleared. ; pckd up 1 W11428524 (CAPACITOR)

Ohmed out transformer, magnetron, and checked capacitance of capacitor. Everything fell with specification. Capacitor has capacitance of 1.01nf. Rated for 1.00. Mag tube has no food in it.
