Customer reports ice maker not working. Found ice in tray, but not harvested. Temperature in freezer was 2 degrees. After force harvest can hear motor trying to run but splines not turning. Splines did start turning after 5 minutes, heater is working. Hear clicking coming from ice maker. Tested isolation valve and water valve for ice maker and both work. Recommended to customer to wait a day see if ice production starts after reset. Recommend replacement of ice maker if issue persists.

Dishwasher occasionally showing OC error code. It will often finish the cycle if it is restarted. Confirmed over flow sensor is working correctly. Flow sensor shows varying voltage when filling.
