"Customer reports that washer is frequently out of balance, especially with small and medium loads. Water is in balance ring. Suspension rods work correctly. Unit is level. Put clothes in unit and selected rinse and spin. When unit started to spin it ramped up quickly and was out of balance. After about 5 seconds unit started to add water. Customer reports washer humming and spinning.F7e6 error code, indicates a potential open circuit in the motor circuit. Test 3 says to manually enter a heavy agitation cycle, if it does agitate then no issues with motor. Ran an automatic test cycle to see if itll complete that cycle. Not cooling well. 50F in freezer. 53F in refrigerator. Compressor has been replaced and sw update sticker is on back of fridge. No date given but apparently it is more than 3 years ago. Low side pressure is 20 inHg. Equalized pressure 5-10 psig. This is indicative of a high side leak. No leaks found on all joints in compressor and condenser area using bubble test and UV light. (Unit has a UV filter dryer installed.) On this unit that is indicative of a Yoder loop leak which is buried in foam and is not repairable. Recommend replacing unit.

Air flow 6.8 mph before starting. Cleared a moderate amount of lint from vent and dryer sheet. Air flow improved marginally. Found increased air flow with screen removed. Cleaned screen and lint screen housing. air flow improved to 12.8 mph. Able to inspect blower wheel and noted that it does not have significant lint buildup. Customer reports dryer not turning on. Checked knob and timer, all fine. Checked thermostats and found open hi limit. Recommend replacing. High limit tripped likely due to lint build up. Recommend cleaning. Found that the housing that holds the sliders are broken, slight intermittent squeaking noise due to no sliders being there. Made it apparent to customer that there are multiple issues with dryer. Offered to temporarily fix dryer as replacement would be necessary.
