Tenant reports that oven will heat up and then turn off. Tested bake at 200 F and it works correctly. Customer reports that unit is not making ice. Ice maker tray is empty and ice maker turned off. Turned ice maker on and it cycles appropriately. Fills with water. Customer states that ice maker turns itself off after she turns it on and does not make ice. Freezer temp -2F. 5F error code when pressing freezer and ice plus for several seconds. Checked freezer thermistor which measures 2.66 vdc correlating to 2F. Left ice maker turned on and locked control to see if that prevents ice maker from turning off.

Customer reported on the microwave kitchen aid combo that the microwave would do randomly but start if they held the door shut. Found that door was slightly miss aligned.
